In our Year-end Review series, we cited our own experience: we got almost 80-90% of the businesses when we weren’t too busy to follow up promptly and relentlessly. We lost out almost completely when we were too busy to follow up immediately.

So our ‘lesson learnt’ for better results is to follow up on each lead promptly and relentlessly until they translate into business.

I once read a book, ‘Awaken the Giant Within’ by Anthony Robins couple of years back.
