The time for a thorough and an adequate response to the issue of child abuse in Nigeria is now!

Apart from the urgent need for the regulation of religious activities in this country, the government must now understand that no nation survives when it destroys its own kids…

And as such, the government must strengthen our existing national child protection laws, support NGOs like CRARN and the likes, who are already working in these areas, with the sole aim of preventing and responding to cases of abuse, exploitation and violence against kids, especially accused and disadvantaged children…”
